KRTV has obtained a copy of the letter delivered to Mayor Michael Winters from the attorney representing Cynthia Schultz, the director of the Great Falls International Airport.

KRTV will have video on the 5:30 newscast on Wednesday from Tuesday's sometimes testy exchange between Schultz and City Commissioners.

The seven-page document was scanned and is presented below as a PDF.

After reading Ms Shultz letter to the Meyer the board is in direct violation of ethical procedure. So if the council allows this to continue there as much to blame as the board is. Watching your evening news report 3/3/2010 the council person differently showed his ignorance of the subject. He's been on the council since it started. I believe from previous history of these situation the matter will be pushed under the carpet and the incident will continue to happen again.

I could not bring up a readable copy of Ms. Schultz's letter.  Could you please check into this.  Thank you.

Mary, sorry about the poor quality of the scanned pages - but because of feedback like yours, we just ordered a brand-new scanner that should arrive within the next couple of days - so any scanned documents that we post online in the future should be MUCH easier to read! Thanks much for the feedback!

Folks, we got the new scanner, and are now able to provide you with the letter in one single PDF document. Should be much easier to read now!
