UPDATE, May 4, 2010: James Smith has been captured, according to the US Marshals Service .

Age: 26
Height: 5’9”
Weight: 160
Hair: Black
Eyes: Brown
Tattoos: None

MONTANA  is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service’s Montana Violent Offender Task Force based on a felony warrant charging him with  a probation violation following a conviction for possession of dangerous drugs.
