UPDATE: the U.S. Marshals Service announced on August 30th that Peterson has been apprehended in Lewistown.

Justin "JD" Peterson is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service's Montana Violent Offender Task Force for probation violation with an original charge of sexual assault of a minor.
