Bradley Joseph Crisman of Great Falls pled guilty on Tuesday to sexually assaulting a real estate agent in May.
Crisman pleaded guilty to one count of felony sexual assault, which was amended from an original count of sexual intercourse without consent.
Crisman admitted during Tuesday's court session to tying up the agent after she showed him a house for sale.
Crisman reportedly put a knife to the victim's throat, threatened her life, bound her arms with zip-ties, and placed duct tape over her mouth.
The original charges against Crisman included sexual intercourse without consent, aggravated kidnapping, assault with a weapon, tampering with a witness, and two felony counts of tampering with physical evidence.
In exchange for his guilty plea of sexual assault, the state dismissed the other charges.
Crisman could face up to four years to life in prison, a $50,000 fine, and possible restitution to the victim.
Crisman's sentencing is set for April 10; the state requested a lengthy sentencing hearing because prosecutors plan to seek a lengthy sentence.
Prosecutors also requested that Crisman undergo a psycho-sexual evaluation.
(May 13, 2011) An airman from Malmstrom Air Force Base has been charged with sexually assaulting and kidnapping a Great Falls real estate agent.
Bradley Crisman, a 21 year old airman who's been stationed at Malmstrom Air Force base for 18 months, is facing six felony charges and one misdemeanor charge for the attack.
Among the charges against Crisman are sexual intercourse without consent, aggravated kidnapping, and assault with a weapon.
Crisman allegedly pretended to be a man interested in buying a home on Upper River Road.
The real estate agent met Crisman at the house on Thursday, where he then attacked her.
Court documents state that Crisman put a knife to the victim's throat, threatened her life, bound her arms with zip-ties and placed duct tape over her mouth.
He then pulled down her pants, ripped off her panties, and allegedly sexually assaulted her.
During an interview, Crisman admitted to binding and touching the victim's genitals.
Cascade County Attorney John Parker said, "In terms of public safety, he made a death threat to this victim saying, if she told law enforcement, he was going to kill her, so, we think he poses an immense threat to public safety."
With a courtroom filled with the victim's friends and fellow real estate agent's, Parker's request for $200,000 bail was granted.
An investigation by the Cascade County Sheriff's Office, the FBI, and Malmstrom Security led to Crisman's arrest.
