David Gary Jellum of Great Falls still missing

David Gary Jellum was reported as missing by the Great Falls Police Department on Tuesday, and authorities and his family are asking for help in finding him.

Jellum is a white man, 55 years old, 5'8", 170 pounds, balding, with blue eyes.

Jellum was last seen driving a 1994 red Chevy pickup truck, single cab short box with a silver tool box in the bed, with license plate 2C-18424.

Police say that Jellum left his home in the truck at about 8 a.m. on Monday, July 2nd, and they have reason to believe that he may have been going out to get sandpaper for a vehicle that he is restoring.

At 8:21 a.m., he purchased gas at the Mountain View Co-op store at Smelter and 10th Street North.

That was the last time that Jellum was seen.

We're told that disappearing without any explanation is out of character for Jellum.

Authorities say that Jellum likes to go on drives near Craig, south of Great Falls, and along Bootlegger Trail, north of Great Falls.

Anyone with information about Jellum is asked to call Detective Burrow at 406-781-8910, or the GFPD main number at 406-771-1180.
