Erin Schermele is a Great Falls native and proud GFHS Bison alum.

Erin started working for Montana's News Station at KPAX in Missoula in 2008 while attending the University of Montana.

She started out as a technical director, then moved to weekend reporting.

Erin spent her senior year at UM working as the news director for KBGA college radio.

Erin always knew she wanted to worked in television, but couldn't decide exactly what role she wanted to play.

After completing her degree in Radio and Television Production in May 2011, Erin joined the team at KRTV in Great Falls.

She is proud and excited to be reporting for the community she grew up in.

Fittingly, her very first news story upon landing back home took her right back to her old stomping grounds at Great Falls High School!

In April 2012, Erin began co-anchor duties on Montana This Morning.
