In addition to Thanksgiving, November is also host to National Adoption Month, and the Gregory family of Great Falls is grateful for both.
The Gregory family went through a California ministry for the adoption process and two and a half years ago, they got the news that they would soon become parents to little Oliver.
Christopher said, "We were a family before we had Oliver, and when Molly and I got married we started our own family - the Gregory family. And Oliver was just a wonderful and beautiful addition to that."
But the road to having children wasn't always easy for the Gregorys. Two birth mothers backed out of their previously arranged adoptions, the Christopher and Molly they say it was their faith that got them through the low points.
And then on Molly's birthday, Oliver's birth mother gave the Gregorys the gift of a baby.
The Gregorys named him Oliver because of its meaning: bringer of peace and joy.
