Billy Lee Henderson has been arrested after breaking in to Pro Build, a home-improvement store in Great Falls.
Shortly after 11 p.m. on Saturday night, Henderson set off a silent alarm at Pro Build, located at 826 9th Street Northwest, after breaking in the building through a second- story window.
Police responded where they saw Henderson stacking items inside the store by a door.
After refusing to cooperate with officers, a K-9 unit was sent to apprehend the Henderson; he was captured and then taken to the hospital for injuries to his arm.
Henderson tried to steal more than $2,200 in property and caused an estimated $300 in damage.
Henderson, 21, has been charged with burglary, possession of burglary tools, criminal mischief, and obstructing a peace officer.
