Great Falls has seen a burst of new restaurants in recent weeks, and is just days away from the launch of the newest: the Kobe Seafood and Steakhouse.
The eatery is located in the West Bank One development near the intersection of 3rd Street Northwest and Central Avenue West, and will feature Japanese teppanyaki and sushi, among other menu items.
It's flanked by other recent additions to the Great Falls landscape, including the federal courthouse and the Staybridge Suites hotel.
We're told that Kobe is scheduled to have its grand opening on January 31st.
Call: (406) 315-3775; address is 115 3rd Street NW.
Other restaurants that have welcomed diners in Great Falls recently include the Montana Club, located in what once was the Prospector on Smelter Avenue and Old Havre Highway; the Moonshine Grill, which just opened last week, taking over the space that once housed the Macaroni Grill; and Luz's Mexican restaurant on Central Avenue downtown.
