Security of Montana's northern border has taken center stage in recent weeks.

Janet Napolitano, the secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, recently visited Montana and toured border ports.

Secretary Napolitano said that northern border is unique because it's large and sparsely populated. She added there should be many more smaller ports along its length and that the U.S. needs to look at working with Canada; not only for securing the border but for potential economic growth for both sides.

Aaron Flint of the Northern Broadcasting Network made the trip to Montana's northeast corner near Plentywood to give us a bird's-eye view of border security, and the technology being put to work by agents in Montana.
