Jeremy Scott Parker of Great Falls faces a felony count of sexual abuse of children after reportedly trying to hide child pornography on his personal computer.
Court documents say that back in May, his wife discovered a video of a young child being raped on their home computer.
She called police, but before they arrived, Jeremy allegedly deleted the file and the file-sharing program he'd used to download the video.
He was not charged at the time due to a lack of evidence, but a Department of Justice search allowed agents to recover the file on the computer.
The court issued a warrant for his arrest in November.
