Former NFL quarterback and Great Falls native will reportedly plead guilty on Tuesday to charges stemming from his two arrests several weeks ago.
County Attorney John Parker tells KRTV that a plea agreement has been reached, and that Leaf will make his plea on Tuesday afternoon in Judge Neill's courtroom.
Leaf was arrested in Great Falls on April 2nd and charged with a count of burglary, one count of theft, two counts of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs, and was booked on probation violation.
Those charges stemmed from a burglary that allegedly occurred on Sunday, April 1st, just two days after Leaf was arrested on similar charges.
In 2010, Leaf pled guilty in Potter County, Texas, to eight felony drug charges and was sentenced to 10 years probation and a $20,000 fine.
