The new CBS series "Undercover Boss" premiered on KRTV right after the Super Bowl, and it gave viewers an inside look at chief executives taking on entry level jobs within their companies.

We checked in with one of the bosses in Great Falls who frequently steps right in to work alongside his employees.

Great Falls McDonald's owner Bill Himmelberg says he started out cleaning bathrooms before working his way to the top, and he says that every one of his employees are important to the company's success, and he relates to their hard work.

He noted, "I understand how hard these people work in our restaurants. A crew could serve up to 100 customers in an hour, so there's a lot of pressure to serve those customers in a timely fashion."

Employees say that Himmelberg is a frequent fixture on the front lines at area McDonald's, with manager Casey Schearer noting, "He knows where we're at, and how the system works...it's not something where he sits behind a desk all day."

Himmelberg appreciates the idea behind the new "Undercover Boss" show, and hopes that it helps to motivate bosses to become more active in the front lines of their organization and forge better relationships with employees.
