Snowfall totals from Montana's latest winter storm

Montana's latest winter storm dumped heavy snow stretching from the Northern Rockies to the Hi-Line.

As of 5pm Friday, some final snowfall totals have come into the STORMTracker Weather Center, but snow was still falling over parts of the plains.

Folks will be digging out this weekend, but very cold air will hang over the Treasure State with temperatures dipping below zero.

In addition, gusty winds will send wind chill values to near -25 in some areas.

Here are some of the snowfall totals we've received from around Big Sky Country:

The storm dumped 7 inches of fresh snow on the Electric City, putting us ahead by over 12" for the season.
