Lewis & Clark County Sheriff Leo Dutton is reporting that winds of up to 81 miles per hour knocked over trees in Lincoln during the brief but severe thunderstorm that rolled across the area on Tuesday evening.
The trees fell onto a home, onto at least one vehicle, and downed power lines. No injuries have been reported; damage estimates are not yet known.
Sheriff Dutton said that two deputies were dispatched to Lincoln.
Dutton said that the severe weather conditions consisted of high winds, thunderstorms, sheets of rain, and nickle-sized hail.
