Tim McGonigal, a Helena native, was named News Director for KRTV and KXLH December 2007.
Tim has also served as a News Director at television stations in Missouri and Minnesota.
He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication from Eastern Montana College (MSU-Billings.)
His broadcasting career began in Billings and also included stops in New Mexico and Bozeman before he began his television career as Sports Director at KCTZ in Bozeman.
Tim is proud to be leading the number one news team in Montana. He and his wife Nancy have two children, Molly (16) and Evan (10.)
