It's been just days since the world's oldest man, Walter Breuning, passed away in Great Falls at the age of 114. On Saturday, friends were able to honor the legend through a memorial set up at his former home.

Walter Breuning, the world's oldest living man and the most famous resident of Great falls, passed away on Thursday.
Breuning, 114, was hospitalized at Benefis on March 31 with an undisclosed illness. He passed away on Thursday at 3:30 pm.

Walter Breuning has become one of the most celebrated figures in Great Falls, and on Monday, he was the toast of not just Great Falls, but well-wishers from across the state and even the world, as he celebrated his 113th birthday.
