KALISPELL -- On February 21-22, 2015, the Moving Forward Foundation will be bringing a Sled Hockey Clinic to Kalispell.

They will not only have enough sleds for everyone to learn and play, but they will also have raffles, food and music.

The Clinic will be held at the Woodland Ice Center located at 705 2nd Street in Kalispell.

It will be held from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. on February 21; on February 22, it will be from 10:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.

Moving Forward hosts several sporting events through out the year, including zip-lining, sled hockey, kayaking, and hand cycling.

This will be the first raffle and auction the non-profit foundation will be hosting.

The Moving Forward Foundation was created by Starla Hilliard-Barnes, Ms. Wheelchair Montana 2014.

She started the organization to enhance the quality of life for the differently-abled and those who have been through a tragic event by breaking down barriers and providing adaptive recreational activities.
