The Montana Highway Patrol covers thousands of miles of roads across the Treasure State working to keep people safe - and those roads often bring the troopers into contact with some of Montana's non-human residents.
Among the critters they encountered in 2015: bighorn sheep, zebra, snakes, bees, alpacas, and bears.
