HELENA -

The Montana Historical Society is wrapping up its 150th anniversary year with a dinner and celebration.

The event is called "History Worth Celebrating: An Evening with Charlie and Nancy Russell."

Two of Montana's most beloved residents will be on hand for the event thanks to re-enactors Raphael Cristy and Mary Jane Bradbury portraying the famous couple.

The night will include a sit down dinner at a historic venue - the Montana Club - with live and silent auctions.

Bruce Whittenberg of the MHS explained, "We needed to bring that anniversary year to a close and do it with some flare and do it with some fun and so this event at the Montana Club on February 6th should do that.  And what better place to have an event like that then the 130 year old Montana Club that has shared that history with the historical society and we're really looking forward to celebrating in style."

"History Worth Celebrating" is February 6th at the Montana Club in Helena.

Tickets for the event are limited and cost $150 each .
