GREAT FALLS -

The investigation continues into the admitted murder of Adam Petzack by Brandon Craft, and the search for Petzack's service dog "Buddy" continues.

Craft told investigators he abandoned the dog after killing Petzack "somewhere on the way to Valier near a statue of an Indian on a horse."

Petzack's friends have been posting information on Facebook, hoping that someone may have found or seen him. Buddy is a shepherd mix and is microchipped with Petzack's contact information.

Great Falls Animal Control Officer Kayla Wright is asking people to contact her if they spot Buddy.

Wright says there is a reward offered to whomever is able to find Buddy.

You can reach Wright at 406-455-8492.

A Facebook page has also been created to assist in the search for Buddy; click here.

The Great Falls Police Department has scheduled a press conference for noon on Friday to discuss the latest developments in the investigation.
