Strong winds are expected to continue this evening into early Sunday Morning.
Winds 20-30 mph sustained and gusts up to 60 mph along the plains.
In some locations may see up to 80 mph wind gusts.
Travel will be dangerous especially for high profile vehicles. Any outdoor work will also be difficult.
This wind event can lead to property damage
The National Weather Service has also issued a Flood Watch for Hill County, Blaine County, Judith Basin County, and Meagher County through Sunday morning.
Locations include Havre, Rocky Boy, Chinook, Lloyd, Zurich, Harlem, Hogeland, Hays, and Lodge Pole.
Increased snowmelt from warm daytime and night time temperatures could cause flooding problems on waterways flowing southward out of Canada.
Snowmelt runoff from the Bears Paw Mountains could also cause small streams and rivers to reach flood levels.
