Report: President Trump will visit Montana to promote tax reform

Trump visited Billings last year during the Presidential campaign.
(BILLINGS) President Donald Trump is expected to take his push for tax reform on the road over the next two months, and Montana is among 13 states that can expect a visit.
According to a report on Bloomberg.com, Trump is planning an aggressive road show to promote a tax overhaul.
The president wants to visit states where he won where a Democratic U.S. senator is up for re-election next year.
Trump won Montana by 20 points last fall, and U.S. Senator Jon Tester (D-MT) is up for re-election in 2018.
No timetable for the trips were given and details of the tax reform plan have not been revealed.
The report did not mention which city or cities in Montana might be on the itinerary.
Trump visited Billings in May 2016 during the Presidential campaign.
Trump visited North Dakota last week to lobby for tax reform accompanied by Democratic U.S. Senator Heidi Heitkamp.
The all-in strategy of the administration is in contrast to the failed efforts to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare. Critics, including Republicans, argued that Trump hadn't made a strong enough push, which contributed to the failure of health-care reform this summer.
