The public is invited to an evening of music and food at the Great Falls College Community Choir's Soup, Salad and Song event on Thursday, October 12.
The concert will feature members of the 80-voice college and community choir and they will perform a wide variety of music.
The event includes a buffet of soup, salads, and desserts made by the choir members.
According to choir director Cynthia Stevens, the music will include Broadway hits, jazz tunes, and classical vocal literature and will be performed by duos, trios, quartets, and soloists.
The funds raised will help offset costs for the choir's trip to Italy in 2018 and expenses for sheet music and performance attire among other things.
The performance begins at 7 p.m. at Heritage Hall on Great Falls College MSU's campus located at 2100 16th Avenue South.
Tickets cost $25 per person and can be purchased from any choir member or by contacting Stevens at (406)771-2270 or through email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For more information, call (406)771-4314 or (406)771-4412.
