The STORMTracker Weather Team is tracking light snow on the way for Wednesday.
Meteorologist Mike Rawlins says a weak cold front will slide south out of Canada for Wednesday, producing very light snow across north-central and northeast Montana.
Most areas are expected to receive less than one inch of snow, but a few spots could pick up 1-2" of snow.
Drivers should be prepared for changing road conditions throughout the day as the light snow adds up.
Warmer air arrives on Thursday and with a different storm system approaching from the west, a wintry mix of rain, snow, and sleet could develop in central Montana.
