MEPA canceled, but 2 Montana teens are still missing

(GREAT FALLS) The Missing/Endangered Person Advisory for Susanna Gibson and Kadance Spencer has expired and been canceled.

MEPAs are only valid for 24 hours.

Despite the expiration of the MEPA, the Montana Department of Justice says that the two girls are still missing, and if anyone sees them or has any information about their location, they are asked call the Billings Police Department at 406-657-8460.


(NOVEMBER 6, 2017) The Montana Department of Justice has issued a Missing/Endangered Person Advisory for two teens that were taken from foster care by their non-custodial mother, Tianna Pantalion.

Susanna Gibson is 15 years old, 5 foot 4, 120 pounds, with blue eyes, brown hair, and a pierced lip. Kadance Spencer is 13 years old, 5 foot 3, 105 pounds with green eyes and brown hair. Tianna Pantalion is a 35-year old woman, 5 foot 4, 150 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.

The MEPA says that they are possibly in a black 2007 Pontiac G6 with Montana license plate number 3-48923C, and they may be driving to California. The MEPA says that the girls are believed to be in danger.

The MT DOJ did not provide any other details about the situation.
