Obituary: Vera Mae Nelson

Vera Mae (Owen Preda) Nelson, 94, of Great Falls, MT went to be with her Lord, Jesus on November 9, 2017 at her home after an extended illness.

Vera was born April 23, 1923 to Ethel and Elmer Owen of Homerville, Ohio.  She was a longtime resident of her beloved N.E. Ohio, moving to Great Falls in 2007 to be closer to family.

Vera loved God, her family, her church community, traveling extensively with her husband, Harold, gardening and was an avid Ohio sports fan. OH-IO.

Harold and Vera loved entertaining and encouraging their friends and those who were in need with their time and generosity.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Adrian Preda; son Brian Adrian Preda; and brothers Carl and Clyde Owen.
