FCR, the call center in downtown Great Falls, has landed a new client: Etsy.
Etsy is a popular online marketplace for unique goods, from enamel pins to custom wedding invitations and handcrafted furniture.
FCR, located at 400 Central Avenue, says it needs to hire 45 people over the next several days in order to provide customer service to Etsy clients.
The jobs are full time, and candidates will provide both phone and email support.
FCR says: "If you are creative and love crafting and creativity this may be the perfect job for you. All candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check and attend two weeks of training."
The job requires taking support calls from customers and sellers, and working to resolve general inquiries. Requirements include being able to type approximately 35 word per minute, and fundamental knowledge of Windows and internet navigation.
FCR will be conducting open interviews Thursday through Sunday: Thursday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Candidates can apply, complete assessments, and interview all in one process.
Previous applicants can come and complete their assessment and interview.
FCR currently has about 125 employees at the Great Falls location.
