A weak high pressure ridge will develop over the region on Saturday night. This will clear the skies and allow temperatures to drop into the 20's for over night lows.
Sunday will be dry and breezy, with winds gusting around 35-40 mph. High will be in the middle 30's to low 40's.
The next system moves in Monday night, this will bring a rain/snow mix to the valleys and all snow to the mountains. Another system will then push through Monday night into Tuesday allowing for another round of light rain and snow showers.
Wednesday will see cold air return along with a low pressure system developing, this will bring widespread snow showers to the region.
Cold air will move in by the end of next week with high temperatures dropping into the teens and low 20's. This cold air mass looks to stick around through Christmas week.
