Jess Raymond Miller has been charged after police allegedly found him in possession of methamphetamine.

On May 13, a Great Falls Police officer responded to the area near the Town Pump at 1041 10th Avenue South for a report of a man passed out in a vehicle.

Court documents state that the officer located the suspect vehicle and found Miller passed out in the driver's seat with his right sleeve rolled up and an orange cap on the seat next to him.

When Miller got out of the vehicle, the officer noticed a syringe under his left leg on the seat, which held about .15 cubic centimeters of clear liquid.

The substance tested positive for meth.

Miller declined to speak with law enforcement.

He has been charged with felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs and a misdemeanor for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Miller has an out-of-state criminal history that includes drug possession and failure to appear, according to court documents.

His bond has been set at $5,000.
