Megan Obroslinski is accused of breaking into an apartment and threatening a man with a baseball bat.

Court documents state that police were called to a Lyndale apartment on Monday when Obroslinski allegedly crawled through a broken window and chased the man with a bat while accusing him of stealing items from her apartment.

When interviewed, the 31-year-old Obroslinski admitted that she knew police had seized suspected stolen items from her apartment during a previous burglary and theft investigation.

However, she said she did not know what had been taken by authorities and worried that some items may have been stolen from her apartment.

At the time of her arrest, she was out on her own recognizance for the previous charges.

Her bond has been set at $40,000.
