Brandon Michaels joined MTN News in July 2018.
He was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin (and naturally is a huge Packer fan) before attending the University of Wisconsin, where he graduated with a degree in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences.
From there, he headed to Duluth, Minnesota, where he spent two years forecasting weather on the chilly shores of Lake Superior.
Brandon is looking forward to a new challenge in forecasting the ever-changing weather in the Treasure State.
He’s also excited to explore all the beautiful places Montana has to offer! Outside of work he enjoys golfing, hiking, biking, cooking, trying new foods and restaurants, and practicing martial arts.
