Racine, WI (WDJT) — Four people were arrested Monday after allegedly kidnapping a bank employee in Racine on June 29.

Police say they responded to a robbery at the Wells Fargo on Martin Luther King Dr. and High St. around 6:42 a.m.

19-year-old William Howell, 23-year-old Donterious Robb, 19-year-old George Pearson-Robb, and 18-year-old Lamarra Powell will face charges of robbery to a financial institution and kidnapping, according to a police report.

Officials say upon further investigation it was discovered that the suspects held an employee of the bank overnight so they could gain access to the bank the next morning.

The suspects were able to remove an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police did not indicate whether or not the money was recovered.

The mugshots of Howell and Pearson-Robb have not yet been released.
