GREAT FALLS — Several Great Falls restaurants are teaming up over the next several days in an effort to boost community spirits and help each other out as the effects of the coronavirus restrictions are spreading.
Most restaurants are already taking a huge hit, as dining rooms have been ordered to close for at least a week (click here for details) - but many are beefing up their take-out and delivery options in an effort to stay open.
The Roadhouse Diner on 15th Street North is doing its part by coordinating with other restaurants, and shared the following information on Friday:
We are going to be doing Burger Mash Ups with other restaurants here in town. We’ll take their signature ingredients and create a special burger with them - a different restaurant each day - starting Saturday with Teriyaki Madness. Udderly Fresh Distributing is donating the Montana-grown potatoes we use all next week. The restaurants we are promoting are:
- Saturday - Teriyaki Madness (Teriyaki Beef Burger)
- Wednesday - The Block (Lobster mac and cheese)
- Thursday - Clark and Lewies (TBD)
- Friday - Hempls Bakery (the Luther donut burger)
Anyways, we’re trying to band together with other local business owners to help cross-promote. The community has been unbelievably generous and supportive - and we are appreciative of that, and we’re hoping to help out our fellow restaurant owners!
Many restaurants in Great Falls are offering take-out and delivery options to try to help people with "social distancing" as dining rooms have been restricted as part of Montana's response to the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
