GREAT FALLS — The National Home Builders association monthly confidence index increased five points to 76.
Index readings above 50 are a sign it is improving while below that would signal that builders have something to worry about.
Here in Great Falls at the Home Owners association they see an increase.
“Tradesmen and our subcontractors are busy, and they are busy year-round so that’s good”. Says Katie Hanning Executive Officer of Home Builders Association of Great Falls.
