Katie Batterbee from NeighborWorks Great Falls stopped by KRTV to talk about the organization’s monthly home buying programs.
The programs are aimed at anyone interested in purchasing a home, and serve as a requirement for NeighborWorks down payment and closing cost assistance.
Speakers include realtors, lenders and home inspectors that will go over the home buying process, what to expect and how to avoid common pitfalls during the process.
The next two-day class takes place April 18th and 19th from 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. at the NeighborWorks office, located at 509 1st Ave. South.
The event costs $75 per household, which includes dinner on the second night.
