The dogs that weren’t fostered or adopted from RezQ Dogs in Dodson have a safe place to sleep at a pet boarding facility in Great Falls.
RezQ Dogs is facing flooding issues again this year, which is why they needed help getting their dogs to safety.
Sharon’s F & L Pet Resort welcomed 10 dogs from RezQ Dogs on Friday evening.
The owner of the pet resort said she’s more than happy to help.
“Well normally we’re a boarding facility but because of the need for homes for these dogs that have been displaced for the flooding, we’ve decided to help,” Sharon Chesnut said.
The founder of RezQ Dogs, Anita Wilke, said if people are interested in adopting one of their 10 dogs, go online and fill out an adoption application.
From there, a meet and greet will be set up with someone from RezQ Dogs.
Wilke asks for people not to go to F & L asking to meet the dogs.
