Special Olympics Montana needs volunteers for State Summer Games

Special Olympics of Montana is looking for volunteers to help out with the state summer games in Great Falls.

The games will take place from May 15 – 18, and will feature over 900 athletes taking part in eleven different sporting events, including track and field, gymnastics, cycling, and swimming.

Athletes of all abilities and ages will be featured; the youngest being eight years old and the oldest ringing in at 77.

Multiple Great Falls venues will be utilized for the competition, such as the Montana Expo Park, Great Falls Public Schools, and Centene Stadium.

Volunteers are greatly needed to help with the games in various capacities, including time-keeping, score-keeping, registration, etc.
