Strong storms moved through some areas in our region on Wednesday evening.
The storms brought hail, some heavy rain, and wind gusts of more than 50 miles per hour in some communities.
Choteau was especially hit hard, with trees and tree branches scattered about; city workers are out in force today working on clean-up.
Some more rain and possibly strong to severe storms are in the forecast for Thursday. Today’s storms will be more widespread than yesterday’s storms, and much of Central Montana will see rain at least by Friday evening.
Saturday a stray shower or two is possible, but high pressure comes in and kicks all the moisture out of here leaving us sunny and dry for the end of the weekend.
