HELENA — Every Sunday, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. people are invited to gather at Ten Mile Creek Brewery in Helena for their weekly charitable event called “Brew A Better Community.”
The event donates one dollar for every pint sold and on September 1, all proceeds went to “World Montana.”
“World Montana” is a non-profit organization with the mission of furthering the cause of citizen diplomacy.
Through global exchanges community engagement and leadership, Tap Room manager Carley Mosey told MTN how other organizations can be involved.
“We have a very simple application, we just ask what your foundation is, what you support, what your values are and then what date you might be interested in hosting with Ten Mile.” Mosey stated.
Mosey continued, “We encourage our fund raising to include music, silent raffle, auction, all sorts of different ways to raise more dollar donations on top of each pint sold.”
