Missoula woman appears in court on a charge of attempted deliberate homicide

MISSOULA — Angela Tess Fallan made her initial court appearance in Missoula on Tuesday; she is charged with attempted deliberate homicide after allegedly shooting a man in the head.

Fallan reportedly had asked the man - identified only as "John Doe" in court documents - to come over on the morning of October 4 to help with her three children.

Fallan and Doe then started drinking, and according to court documents, Fallan shot Doe after he refused her numerous requests to leave.

Doe was taken to a hospital with a life-threatening injury. Police told MTN News on Monday that Doe was still in serious condition.

Fallan, 29 years old, is currently being held in the Missoula County Detention center on $250,000 dollar bail and her arraignment is set for October 19.



(OCTOBER 5) Angela Tess Fallan has been charged with attempted deliberate homicide in Missoula.

According to a new release on Monday morning, police officers responded to a residence on the 1200 block of 34th Street for a report of a domestic disturbance involving a firearm on Sunday, October 4th.

When officers arrived they learned that a 32-year-old man had been shot, and was taken to a hospital with a life-threatening injury. At this time, the man remains hospitalized in serious condition.

Fallan, 29 years old, has been taken into custody and is currently being held for the offense of attempted deliberate homicide. No other details have been released at this point; we will update you if we get more information.
