The Great Falls Community Gospel Choir is asking the public to join them in a patriotic performance.
The Choir will sing the national anthem when the Harlem Globetrotters come to Great Falls November 14.
The Choir expects to have 75 members joining them, but hope for at least 100.
Along with the national anthem, the group will also sing two other songs before the game.
The Choir will be joined in the performance by signers from the Montana School of the Deaf and Blind.
Great Falls Community Gospel Choir Director Christell Benson said it’s an exciting opportunity to perform for the community and reflect on our country through singing the anthem.
“Actually the Globetrotters called us and said that they wanted us to sing the national anthem and we were just ecstatic, how cool is that? So we stepped right in there and I thought it would be a wonderful time to have the community joining in with us,” Benson said.
If you are interested in joining the Choir in their performance, the next rehearsal is Sunday, November 11 at First Presbyterian Church from 3-4:15 p.m.
First Presbyterian Church is located at 1315 Central Avenue.
