GREAT FALLS — Kyle Carlson has been offering catering since 2017 and recently announced he will be moving into a dine-in location this summer.
Carlson Q hopes to open sometime early June at the location that used to house Big Mouth BBQ at 1720 10th Avenue South.
Carlson, a Sand Coulee-Centerville native, says he hopes to be open four days a week, offering quality BBQ food to Great Falls.
He tells MTN News that he likes to travel Montana and try different foods and wants to bring more options to Great Falls.
“We're lacking the mom and pops, like Missoula’s got so many options for eating out and they're all original places. I just want to bring some of that here,” says Carlson.
