Child reported missing in Great Falls

(UPDATE, 2:37 pm) The Great Falls Police Department says that the child - now said to be a girl, not a boy as previously reported - has been found and is safe. The GFPD thanked everyone who helped and shared the post/article. No other details have been released.



(1st REPORT, 1:46 pm) Police are looking for a missing boy in Great Falls. The GFPD provided the following information:

☑️ 3-4 year old male
☑️ White or Native American
☑️ Dark brown medium length hair
☑️ Brown eyes
☑️ Small/slender build
☑️ Last seen wearing: red Mickey Mouse shirt that hangs almost to the knees, gray sweatpants, no shoes

The GFPD also said: "Please do not interfere with our search efforts by responding to the location, thank you."

The search area is focused in the area of 600 17th Avenue South, which is just south of Benefis West, and just east of the Peak Health & Wellness Center.

No other details have been released, and no photo of the child has been made available at this point; we will update you when we get more information.
