GREAT FALLS — An elderly man in a wheelchair died after he was struck by a vehicle Monday morning in Great Falls. The man was crossing the street in the 1300 block of 13th Street South just after 10 a.m. when he was hit by a small SUV.

The name of the man who died has not yet been released.

On Wednesday, the Great Falls Police Department said that it is asking for help in locating a person who may have witnessed the incident.

The GFPD says the potential witness appears to have been driving a newer model white Dodge Ram pickup truck.

If you are the driver, or if you know who the driver may be, you're asked to call the GFPD at 406-455-8408, or to send a private message via their Facebook page.

At this point, we do not know of any arrests in the case.
