GREAT FALLS — Numerous law enforcement officers are at the scene of an incident on the northwest side of Great Falls.
We began receiving reports just before 8 p.m. of officers responding to the incident along Vaughn Road just east of the I-15 overpass, near the Frontier Inn.
Witnesses tell us that many of the officers have their weapons drawn, and that a drone was deployed for aerial surveillance.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area if possible, or be prepared for delays and/or a detour.
The Sheriff's Office declined to release any information at this point; we will update you if we get details about the incident.
