Police respond to man stabbed with screwdriver

Sheriff's Deputies say no threat to the public

GREAT FALLS — Emergency crews responded to a call of a man who was stabbed in the shoulder with a screwdriver around 1:30 p.m. in Great Falls.

The incident occurred near the 15th Street Bridge in Black Eagle, near NorthWestern Energy.

Cascade County Sheriff's Deputies, Great Falls Police Department and Great Falls Emergency Services all responded to the incident.

Sheriff's Deputies told MTN News that there is no threat to the public.

There is no word yet how extensive the injuries sustained are.

We do not yet know if anyone has been arrested.

Officers will remain in the area.
