GREAT FALLS — There are a few ways you can celebrate the arrival of 2020 in Great Falls on Tuesday evening.

The Black Eagle Community Center is going to be holding prize bingo for the night and say that everyone is welcome to join.

"Bingo itself is for everybody. I mean obviously the older generation plays it but with what we are doing I think it’s going to bring in a different genre of people," says Greg Schoby, general manager of the black eagle community center.

He also says this is the 3rd year they are having a New Year’s celebrationand with the blackout prize, hopes it will be their best yet.

For those looking for a quieter night there is the option of a reservation only dinner at Electric City Coffee.

The dinner is going to include a 4 course meal planned by Chef Ryan Dalkey as well as a glass of champagne.

The menu will include an appetizer, soup, a main entree of Seared Duck Breast with citrus balsamic drizzled over a salad of apples, celery, pecans, and dried cranberries in creamy orange honey dressing. Served with Salmon Poached in butter with leek and kale and a dessert of Blueberry Beet Panna Cotta with sparkling white chocolate bark, blini pearls, and lemon foam.

Chef Ryan says he thinks its a great way to get out and enjoy new years outside of the norm. "We like to offer something different for people to come down. They can get some dinner, and then go out on the town if they want or head home and have a quiet evening or whatever they want to do."

Tickets are still available. You can find more details on their Facebook event.
