GREAT FALLS — There are a few ways you can celebrate the arrival of 2020 in Great Falls on Tuesday evening.

The Black Eagle Community Center is going to be holding prize bingo for the night and say that everyone is welcome to join.

"Bingo itself is for everybody. I mean obviously the older generation plays it but with what we are doing I think it’s going to bring in a different genre of people," says Greg Schoby, general manager of the black eagle community center.

He also says this is the 3rd year they are having a New Year’s celebration and with the blackout prize, hopes it will be their best yet.

For those looking for a quieter night there is the option of a reservation only dinner at Electric City Coffee.

The dinner is going to include a 4 course meal planned by Chef Ryan Dalkey as well as a glass of champagne.

The menu will include an appetizer, soup, a main entree of Seared Duck Breast with citrus balsamic drizzled over a salad of apples, celery, pecans, and dried cranberries in creamy orange honey dressing. Served with Salmon Poached in butter with leek and kale and a dessert of Blueberry Beet Panna Cotta with sparkling white chocolate bark, blini pearls, and lemon foam.

Chef Ryan says he thinks its a great way to get out and enjoy new years outside of the norm. "We like to offer something different for people to come down. They can get some dinner, and then go out on the town if they want or head home and have a quiet evening or whatever they want to do."

Tickets are still available. You can find more details on their Facebook event.

Now if you're looking for something for the kids to do Wheels of Thunder is hosting a New Years Eve Virtual Reality and Skate Bash!

Add-A-Tudez entertainment is providing virtual reality demos where kids can play the popular Beat Sabers game, or check out any of the games Wheels Of Thunder has to offer. Janine Hieb says when kids show up they can expect a great time.

If you want to ring in the New Year and help out the community the Sting Sports Bar will be having a New Years Eve 80's night to benefit Make A Wish.

The Melissa Lynn Band will be there starting at 8:30 and a raffle prize at the end of the night. Prizes will include a boozy basket or a basket with a trip to Disneyland.

Entrance is $20 and all the money from this event will be going to help five kids in Great Falls.

The Make A Wish Foundation hosts events like these to help kids with critical illness that meet their criteria and make their wish come true.
