MISSOULA — The Missoula Fire Department along with other emergency responders were called out to Mount Jumbo on Sunday to help a hang glider who crashed into the mountain.
The incident happened near the trail to the "L" when MFD received a call from a person about a possible hang glider crash.
When emergency responders arrived, they discovered the victim conscious and alert with injuries that were not life threatening.
The responders they were able to get the man off the mountain and into an ambulance that took him to St. Patrick Hospital.
