A truck carrying some type of fertilizer tipped over along Highwood Road on Wednesday.
It happened at about 11:20 a.m. between mile marker 1 and mile marker 2.
According to the Montana Highway Patrol, the driver of the truck was taken to a hospital in Great Falls; the nature and extent of the person’s injuries are not yet known.
Authorities have indicated that the spill is not a hazardous material, and cleanup efforts are underway.
There is no word yet on why or how the truck tipped.
